Its production decreases with age, leading to stiffness, slower movement, or reluctance to jump or exercise. Supplementing with hyaluronic acid may reduce these symptoms, much like oiling a creaky hinge.

The formula also includes collagen, chondroitin, and vitamin C to further support cartilage structure and antioxidant protection. Chondroitin sulfate promotes cartilage integrity by inhibiting destructive enzymes and helping prevent joint degeneration.
